A small number of Vikings had black—or brown—skin, according to reliable historical evidence. Over time, some assimilated with the Vikings through farming, marriage, combat, and other cultural factors

Lol their source is people in the Sagas being described as "black" which they even note refers to hair color, but then just ignore that and pretend black means negroid because 1 author speculates it could. Everywhere they source this guy he is saying "its possible" and then the article interprets that as its undeniable fact. So in theory some Moroccans could have enslaved blacks, then brought them to Spain, then some vikings could have done a slave raid and brought then to Scandinavia, so its possible. But obviously these scenarios are unlikely and there is zero proof of it actually happening. By the same logic every ethnicity ever was part black. Its a transparently dishonest presentation. Notice there is no way to contact the author, because he is well aware he is a spin doctor.
Svartskalle is the pejorative term for anyone with black hair in Sweden. At least 15 years ago
