This guy PURPOSELY follows cops around on his bike, and harasses and films them.

He calls it 'Tom Zebra Training'.
He knows every cop in his town by name

I do not condone this, but it is making me laugh
On the other hand, this kind of watchdog behaviour I think keeps cops much more honest/well-behaved.
