Interesting, I did a quick search and found nothing. Why would the go to all the trouble of doing this with the landfill from the site? Couldn't have been cheap to build or maintain.

Decorative, with a hollow zero point energy core!! Just a big art piece for the road, bureaucracy wasting money on stupid projects :(
