Does anyone here have a good link online to watch the games for free/no subscriptions etc?

I don't have cable in my house but my Brazilian father in law especially would like to watch the game. I was hoping to HDMI my laptop to the TV so he could watch but I couldn't find a stream

Do you have to pay now for World Cup? I thought for decades even the poorest people around the world could watch on their crappy TVs?

There must be a good link online.
