Its called stylebot, an add on for chrome. Its super easy to use and you can do whatever you want to any website design. E.g.

Gimme some cliffs, Luigi! I'm gonna look into this for sure, been trying to find a way to customize the colors here forever. I customized this one but the options from this host are extremely limited. Would love a nice dark grey BG if possible.

Hey Mas! So it actually doesnt change the website itself, its a plugin like adblock that edits the html code for how the site appears to you every time you visit it. So right now the site looks like the third picture I posted for me, but still looks the same for everyone else. Maybe make a sticky thread about how you can make the forum any layout you want for new people.

If anyone doesnt use chrome there is a very similar program called stylish that runs on firefox. Its much harder to write codes though so if you are using stylish I can make some codes and post them here for people to copy.

Your colors are atrocious Luigi, lol but you are right about the dark grey BG. Black is too black (remember the first style of this place?)

I can't find a nice dark great with orange that isn't ugly though. I keep offering FreeForums to design them a cool template for free but they don't listen lol

If this is a relatively easy process it would be fun for people to play with it and share what colors they would choose

If you have ever installed ad block its the exact same thing. It takes about 10 seconds, certainly not more than 30.

My first one was atrocious because I was experimenting and shit got crazy lol but I think the green and grey looks awesome.

You should be able to FTP into whoever hosts your server, throw new themes up there, then install via forums admin tools you should have. Or, if your has the feature my shitty forums have, you might be able to upload and install themes remotely.

Yeah lets talk about this. I've been getting into all kinds of fights with these FreeForums cats trying to pull my forum out so I can migrate it to a custom platform but the fuckers won't sell. On top of this their templates are all hideous, lol

I'm gonna be crazy busy till Christmas but in the New Year I will definitely take you up on that. I've already got all the colors picked and everything. Would be so badass
