Morning exercise routine

Just kinda skipped through the last one you did. Interesting double lotus rocking motion exercise. Is there a name for it?

Thinking about trying DDP Yoga, mixed in with a 30 day Juice Fast.

just watched fat sick and nearly dead documentary and was really fascinated by it and would love to test it out on my own.


Those not familiar with it, check it out ....Not sure if any of you guys use Amazon and have Amazon Prime -- if you do you can watch the doc for free though your amazon prime membership.

I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to. At the end, there is a scale pose w/ breath of fire and in the middle there is a rocking back and forth 9 times in a circle while in lotus.

we should make attending this exercise class mandatory to continue being a member here.

Fuck mandatory. Always. That's mandatory 'round these parts.

Nothing wrong with recommending and promoting things though.
