Throw a tarp over it

That is what I have been doing. One time the tarp sank into the fountain and there ended up being 2 inches of standing water. The next time I secured it so that it was taught and we got hit with like 3 days of continuous rain. Some water still got in, though not nearly as much. Moisture in the cracks, but enough to do damage. I taped up a couple of tiny holes in the tarp. The rain shouldn't be as heavy before I get back there. I'm ok with how it is.

I should have done the floor last.

You could build a small wooden frame inside it and drape the tarp over that

I could do a lot of things, but I have to admit... I'm not getting paid that much.

I could put a second tarp over it, but I didn't. Ill deal with whatever it is. It'll end up fine, I just had to eat a lot of shit in the process.

Finished with the flooring... just have to shoot in the quarter round now. Found a place that sells epoxy grout. Probably try to do that tomorrow as long as I don't have to replace any tile.

Damn.

Clearing out grout lines is exceptionally tedious. Fountains are some bullshit.

Floor is complete.

Looks good. I had to chisel out some of the casing to make sure that the quarter-round could extend long enough to make sure that all of the gaps were covered.

These are the kind of places that you should look to see if somebody did a hack job.
