Except the ending might be optimistic or unreal since in real life management usually installs barriers against the workers.

- Jason and the argonauts is a agells classic too. Citizen Kane is boring!
- I rent this space for advertising

Don't be selfish, preserve this world for the next generations.

I'll never long for what might have been
Regret won't waste my life again
I won't look back I'll fight to remain

whaaat? Cool, good find.

I have read about this film and its symbolism, art, and prophetic nature but I've never actually watched it.
A colorized might just be that extra incentive to sit down and give it a go, but sometimes I think learning about the basic synopsis and discussion about it is enough, I tend to have little patience these days to sit through long movies anymore.

Same. I read the wikipedia...
"Freder has a hallucination that the machine is a temple of Moloch and the workers are being fed to it."
Doesn't seem too far off.
