I gave him a price for drywall and he was like "i know a Mexican that will do it cheaper.".

He wants me to do some framing that will change the structure of his house.

I honestly don't know how to bid that.

It's a bunch of jobs. Demo, framing, electric, drywall, mud, sand, base and casing, paint and caulk. Hard to price.

This is what I do, if you need help with something, pm me the details and I'll help you out if I can, I wouldn't touch structural without a permit, or electrical, non load bearing is ok but anything where you change the structure of what's holding up the house, is dicey, Michigan may be different than here though

I don't think there are any load bearing/lvl issues but I haven't even really looked at it yet because I've been busy with the immediate jobs, which are substantial.

And that guy did rip me off on the drywall, which I ended up doing. But he still has to seal the grout lines in his tile... I'm not sure if he knows that.
