Pretty gross. I stopped eating fast food on the regular years ago when I first started martial arts. NOticed in kung fu class that I felt like crap on the days I ate junk cheese burger type crap.

Right on man

I quit that stuff a long time ago as well.

We are not raised to consider food after we swallow. What tastes good to the tongue does not feel good to the body. The food we put in ourselves is what the body uses to build new cells, to sustain/regenerate itself. Suddenly I realized that we LITERALLY 'are what we eat'. I think a sensitivity to food AFTER swallowing can be greatly enhanced, we can start to pay attention to how we feel after eating certain foods, and listen to what our bodies are asking for, or not asking for.

I still fall victim to candy sometimes, but in general I try to only put food inside me that I think is worth putting inside me, lol
