The video offers a very bizarre explanation, but I can't think of any other way to make sense of this woman's cryptic and absolutely baffling speech.

Why is she ranting on about weird number combinations? What's with the 'drop the zero' stuff?
Why is the head of the IMF giving a speech about numerology??
(hardcore CTers will know the answer, but this is shocking evidence for those who wouldn't otherwise believe it)

I guess we'll find out in a couple days. I dont really like specific date predictions, because things can always change. Things also get fishy when you start saying this means this and that means that. It is pretty cryptic and baffling though.

Every year there are a ton of videos that say some cataclysmic event is gonna happen at a certain time. They seem to almost always get a ton of views and subscribers. There is a lot of interest in fear porn.

Definitely is way creepy though from how much gibberish she is speaking. Does sound like a coded message. I guess we'll find out soon.

It is the speech itself that is utterly baffling. The video maker's speculation is as good any any imo

One thing for sure is that it PROVES that people in these high elite places in banking take this stuff very seriously. They believe it. They use it. CTers who point this out are ridiculed but here it is folks.
