This guy confirms what the old guy says.

He also says there was a group of onlookers/spectators with a fishy vibe.

Hearing that the Police Chief was brought in just before these fires.

He was NOT a Hawaiian. Apparently the govt changed the laws to allow him to 'apply' for the position.

Also, he is apparently the SAME Police Chief that was in charge during the infamous Las Vegas shooting.

I'll have to confirm.
