Looks like a missile came in at a low angle.



From left to right... you can see a flash before the explosion.

Any video experts here know how to slow that down?

You can slow it down a bit by clicking on the gear and changing it to .25 speed. It's going really fast so maybe not a missile. Looks like the flash might be coming from a boat in the harbor.

I was watching on my phone, doesn't have the slowdown option, I'll check it on my pc tonight.

^^ You can scrub Twitter videos. Its pretty good, just slide the timeline slider frame by frame. It's as best as you're gonna get off these low res videos.

There is a ton of footage on this... if there is any missile etc I think it will be found pretty quickly.
