Another stupid argument with cops... nothing new.
What is interesting is the behavior of the cop with the white shirt after a certain point (around the 2 minute mark)
He just kind of turns off, and keeps repeating the same line over and over and over and over and over again... Like on some kind of program loop.
Maybe I am reading too much into it, what do you think?
