Jones/Cormier off

Postby johnkilo » Tue Aug 12, 2014 8:12 pm

Moved to January 3, 2015, as I'm sure you've all heard by now.

Gus isn't too happy because he'll be healed by then and Cormier "stole" his title shot.

What do you guys think?

- Pretty sad to read that.
I wanted to see the fight, the promo was so over the top, that was comedy gold, looked like a promo btw Shawn Michaels and Triple H.

Weird how he sport side and entertainment side mixing is a weird thing sometimes

^ yeah I see the entertainment side coming up STRONG.

I am ok with that though, I prefer some hype sometimes I like letting myself get caught up in it if the drama is good

I think some patience is good for us in this ultra-fast over-saturated era of MMA. Waiting for a fight imo is half the fun

Seems like shoving and staged "brawls" are going to be the norm now at press conferences.

- Muhammad Ali noted this when watching the superior entertainers in pro-wrestling like Gorgeous George.
