^ how is it that it looks like Machida??

I always find capturing likenesses difficult, at least when doing caricatures etc (realism is much easier). Or worse, when I draw something and I think it looks like the person, but someone else thinks it doesn't lol

Its kind of magic, if you can create an image where everyone instantly sees who its supposed to be. Good caricatures impress me

PS: I really like your paper textures, makes a quick digital sketch suddenly appear more finished

Thanks i don't concern myself to much with likeness but more with concept, as with matt i did this when he call out ufc weeks before his fight he loved it sent him a print. He won said what he did again then posted a copy of the print well the orders i got was amazing

How big are the prints (what resolution)?

How long have you been doing this?

And I agree, Concept always trumps everything.

The Rez is usually 300 -400 11x14 in photoshop if its going tbe a billboard or large format I have had very good look luck with tracing in AI you can't tell.
I have been full time designer illustrator for 42 years I had my own graphics firm in NYC in the 70s for 14 years sold it to my partner and been solo ever since, mostly working with ad agencies.
