Yeah, I've been in a slump lately too. Both elbows has tendonitis. Thinking of ordering Voodoo Floss to help.

2 classes ago I was the only blue in a class full of white belts. They are all gunning for me, eyeing me like vultures lol

I could only stay for 1 hour cause I had to pick up kids but wish I could have stayed longer cuz I was feeling great. Exceptionally tough warm up but I was still revved, paired with maybe the most aggressive/strongest white belt and shut him down/choked him out. To be honest I can't wait till they get their blues, they are all ready imo and it will level the playing field, we'll have a good team of comrades to train with.

Today only 1 student showed up, a girl and I accidentally got a palm full of boob, lol She had to go and I got to roll 4 rounds with my coach, which is completely humiliating :D

I have some but never use them. Seems to have eased off a bit on the pain. The voodoo floss came in the mail the other day. Gonna floss my elbows every once in a while to keep the pain to a minimum.

The investment into Single-Leg-X paid off. I steam-rolled a 265lb Purple last night, and it all started with that sweep.

My instructor has started to get wise to it though, first time I swept him 4 times with it, last time 2, next time it will be 0, and I'll have to switch it up.

Overall I'm trying to get more aggressive. I've spent most of my time on the mats Flow Rolling and trying to surprise and trick opponents. That's essentially the same as relying on force or flexibility. I need another element, I need offense, to press the attack but there is a psychological block in the way.
