He chooses when to roll with people, but not like a Clint. He's stepped up every time since getting his black as far as I know. If you really wanna roll with him I'll try to ensure you don;t come for nothing

Weight difference is big but he's built his whole style on being the smaller fighter, its interesting I've seen him shut down bigger guys before. This roided wrestler tried to get the best of him recently and coach shut him down 3 times in a row with the same move lol. He's really quite good even if you don't come with an outright challenge in mind I think you would just enjoy feeling his style you may find it interesting

Don't get me wrong I don't want to roll him because I think I'm better, I want to roll with higher belts to test myself as well.
People say they all want the truth, but when they are confronted with a truth that disagrees with them, they balk at it as if it were an unwanted zombie apocalypse come to destroy civilization.

Is that really you in the photos? or just using as aides to describe the techniques?

Fortunately, I have a full head of hair.

I just infringed on some photos from your fellow BJJ Canuk, Stephan Kesting.
(He might really be a reptilian in disguise, also possibly a time-traveler, not sure...)

Thanks man. I know that explanation was a little hard to follow, but that sequence has me sweeping my instructor 4-5 times in a couple weeks. A couple times I've even landed in mount.

He's no doubt much better than me, but if I can reliably put him in my best position, the skill-gap closes.

The tides have turned. The Instructor annihilated me tonight. No subs, but passed my guard like 12 times.

He's killing my guard game be sanding with his knees pinched in front of me. I can't get to my Butterfly, SLX on any other comfortable spot. He's dodging my Butterfly, exploiting my weak Open-Guard, and all I have to fall back on is a Knee-Shield to hold back the pass.

Where he's making me fight from:

I've got to rethink some things.

- I rent this space for advertising

Don't be selfish, preserve this world for the next generations.

I'll never long for what might have been
Regret won't waste my life again

- I know you already know that. But work on your guard till its stops being weak. My guard is weak too.
The thing is people will always have their strengths.

You came from No Gi so the gripping changes a lot of the game. For example a old and out-shape judoka can easily control a more young, athletic opponent with gripping alone.
