My wife was worried too, but I've never really gotten it too bad, I've got a little bit, I've been at it a long time too. We were at the fights in kitchener with our guys on the weekend and there was a guy in front of us with cauliflower so bad he had no ear openings at all, it was the worst I've ever seen. He had a hearing aid in one ear.

I wonder if some people's ears are more susceptible than others...?
I haven't been training a fraction of what you have, and I already have a pea-sized knot developing. Both ears are really sore, some spots have clearly busted open & I feel like every time I roll now I'm just gonna open it up exponentially
