Edge these are awesome I have been watching them all afternoon while @ work

The Kali one was my favourite so far

I don't get how Savate is any different than kickboxing

The knuckle-hardening kyoshin drills were horrifying to watch. I don't understand how all their hands don't just break, it doesn't make sense

Crazy show, both hosts are very likeable, it is a good combination.

On to Pencak Silat now, which I have never even heard of until now

So cool how many Martial Arts similarities all grew out of different cultures

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- The difference from wiki:
Only foot kicks are allowed unlike some systems such as muay Thai, and silat which allow the use of the knees or shins. Savate is a French word for "old shoe". Savate is perhaps the only style of kickboxing in which the fighters habitually wear shoes. A male practitioner of savate is called a savateur while a female is called a savateuse.

They used more footkicks because of the work boots, they could allow more damage.
