If we actually made contact I would probably lose.
But truth be told, It would be a good bet that you would slip and hurt yourself, or something would fall on you and knock you out by sheer fluke before we could actually engage.

I reckon I can Luigi. I stayed on my feet with Ara Abrahamian for 3 minutes one time in just grappling. Knocked him silly a few times in MMA sparring. I've been knocked out 2 times, one time against 10+ people by a soccer kick and one time in bare-knuckle sparring from a solid left hook to the jaw.
