K-1 went bankrupt, part of its assets were acquired by a Japanese company called Good Loser, part of its assets were acquired by a company from Hong Kong. Good Loser puts on K-1 shows as "K-1 Japan" and the Hong Kongers put on K-1 shows as "K-1 Global". K-1 Global focused on 155, but that put them in competition with Glory so now they are only a B league org with only Enriko Kehl as an elite guy. K-1 Japan focused on weight classes smaller than the traditional K-1 classes and ironically enough this made them bigger than K-1 Global.
So as it stands, the best in the world over 145 are in Glory, the best in the world under 145 are in K-1 Japan, and the 145 division is split between the two orgs. We dont know who has the better 145ers.
