Last time I rolled at a club I had to stretch a guys arm because he wouldn't tap. I hate bullshit like that, it's rolling, npt a fight.

Nice to see you have found your way back to the gentle art. They say tai chi is the grand ultimate but I think its jiu jitsu. Tai chi has too many secrets to be effective in combat or even understood by most westerners

Can you try this move i made up but havent tried cuz im all crippled and frail. i think it may work. it's like a head n arm triangle but using your armpit on one side of his neck and then looping the same arm behind his head and behind your knee crook to push his shoulder into the other side of his neck. here's a pic:

Love me some Dan the Wolfman. That looks more like a neck crank than a choke to me. Not the same positioning as my Bones Jones Gumby choke but cool nonetheless.
