My fucking son bought a bag of gummies and ice cream instead of the shit I sent him to get, I can talk myself out of the ice cream but the gummies are so small and harmless looking lol

In my opinion looking like you lift is 80% just having low body fat and 20% doing the basics to build muscle. In grade 8(12-13 years old) I knew a girl with a well defined sixpack and an overall strong physique. She obviously wasnt doing crunches with plates and dumbbells on her chest, she was just a skinny girl that played a lot of volleyball. On the flip side the strongest man to ever live in his athletic prime looked like a dad who was the hotdog eating champion down at the local bowling alley.

Preach it.

I identify as skinny. I’m a trans slender.

Try green or brown noise, theres apps for it Ive never used them to sleep but ive heard them and shit would put me out quick then again if youre in pain it may not be of much assistance.

Haven't had time to post for a while.

Last Wednesdays session
banded side kick eccentric abductions, yellow band, 3 sets x 25

Bench press 90x29 +1 rep PR
Camber bar bench 100x6,6,6

I have improved my technique. My shoulder went out of position by just a tiny bit before because of the way I did the pause on the chest, I let go some of the weight which led to elbows going out of position. I now aim to just touch my shirt so that the tension remains at 100% and elbow angle remains unchanged.

Fridays session
Like last week left glute stiff and sore as fuck, just made it up to warmups and a single at 80kg on single leg deadlifts. Did some shoulder rehab exercises and called it a day.

Sundays session
Went in for squats this day although sq/deads are Monday, but this Monday I had a time at the physio, my main man Stefan Ågren who is also a national and Scandinavian weightlifting champion and also national powerlifting champion. The reason I did the squats was to see how well my left glute tendinosis had gone. Surplisingly at 6 weeks post PRP and hyaluronic acid injection I can squat at pretty high intensity and just feel a little tingle in the spot with tendinosis. It is taking time to realize this milestone I have passed because I have had this problem for so long and tried so many solutions, that I am accustomed to failure despite trying new solutions all the time. I am so happy to have found him, he can fix any injury, and has an exceptional ability to improve technique in lifts.

Squats 175x3, 180x3, 185x3

Not so bad form for not having gone heavy for so long. I am loading all the guns now, next week will be the start of a new cycle. PRs every session or Valhalla.

Why the wide grip?
