By careful observation of anatomy from a distance, I've determined that once obesity gets over a certain size, the hand can simply no longer reach the rectum in order to use toilet paper, from the front nor the back.
This does not even need to be any extreme level of obesity, even moderately obese people physically cannot reach if they are too big.
I've seen such people use the restrooms at restaurants etc, and come back out again. It seems clear to me that their arms are simply not long enough to reach.
What do they do?
This is not a joke, I've genuinely been trying to figure this out for some time without a clear answer.
I cannot accept that they just go about their lives at work or otherwise without any method of cleaning.
How do XXL people wipe?
I got banned for asking this question politely on other forums in the past btw.

LOL
I've actually wondered the same about those excessively muscled BodyBuilders. Such physiques just seem really impractical and antagonistic to natural design and function

People say they all want the truth, but when they are confronted with a truth that disagrees with them, they balk at it as if it were an unwanted zombie apocalypse come to destroy civilization.
Toilet paper is for savages. One of the reasons white people aren't supreme.
The halachic way is to wash with water rather than smear it over ones buttock with paper
