Guy buys a used game and gets weird/creepy results

Postby Luigi » Sat Jun 14, 2014 6:01 am

So this guy bought a copy of Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask used and due to either glitches or the previous owner trying to hack the rom file he gets some really creepy results. Majoras Mask is of course already a really creepy game so its not too surprising, but still pretty cool. I actually didnt have much money when this game came out and had to buy it used as well. I think because it was supposed to originally be a N64 Disk Drive game but the project was scraped and salvaged to a regular N64 game at the last minute they didnt have time to do a full bug check, because I also got some weird glitches. My cartridge came with a save file already on it and when I tried to use the song of soaring the screen would go red and freeze, and when attacking with the zora character the grunting attack sound effects were replaced with the painful gasps and yell sound effects from when you take damage. That was pretty creepy, but this guys cartridge is clearly way worse:

- In talks of used games, i've growing the idea of buying a Game cube.
I like the nintendo, the only think is that CD\dvd vide-games look to have a smaller life whem comparade to the old cartridges ones.

^In most cases yes, but you can pay extra to get disks in good condition and be really careful to take care of them.

- Sorry i didn't elaborate my question right.
The laser cannon, video-games with laser cannon tend to last less than the old ones with cartridges.
That's is why i am cautious with buying one Game-cube.:)

So apparently this guy thinks his cartridge is haunted by spirits and wrote a blog about it: http://inuscreepystuff.blogspot.ca/p/dayfourwmv.html

LOL @ Creepypasta.

Be careful. Rumor has it that there is a game out there that features a duet with Ozzy and Rob Halford (and the Judas Priest Orchestra) that when played backwards, summons a demon in your toilet.

Its called the wanky shit demon.
(Or not)

Ya I cant help but suspect he just hacked the game himself so people would pay attention to his story. Its always fun to entertain the notion of paranormal shit though.
