Don't be selfish, preserve this world for the next generations.
I'll never long for what might have been
Regret won't waste my life again
I won't look back I'll fight to remain

Are these the dudes who did the Spiderman vid? looks like the same studio
I get dizzy watching some of that lol
So funny I used to LOVE oldschool Kung Fu movies, Jackie Chan etc. But since becoming an MMA fan I can't watch those fight scenes anymore with the same pleasure/imagination. I still like some of the characters from the Kung-Fu genre... I still like the idea of Shaolin, old bearded masters, mystic powers, ninjas, the combination of martial arts + enlightenment etc, but unless the fight scenes are greatly exaggerated (unhuman powers etc) or weapons I have a hard time watching long fight scenes like this anymore :(
I miss my ignorance sometimes lol

- Yes, i posted other videos of the Ginger Ninja on the forum, he plays Spider-man in them.
Scott Adkins is an awesome martial actor that plays the Boyka character in the movie Undisputed.
I like movies without wires, i like seeing the athletism demonstred when executing the moves.
Scott Adkins vs Andrei Arlovsk in Universal Soldier:

^ yes, appreciating the skills is still enjoyable. I just find sometimes it breaks my 'suspension of disbelief' as a movie-watcher.
I will always be amazed of what Jackie Chan did in his career, sometimes I'd watch his films with friends just for the stunts (they were not great films, lol)

^ what?? the Big Brawl was one of my favourites!!
I was always upset that it is also very hard to find, I haven't watched it in years. The big dude with the mustache?? lol they had some really great characters in that one.
I also appreciate that Chan kept his movies fun, no graphic violence (except that dude who got put in the woodchipper in Rumble in the Boronx, lol that was surprising) - also no nudity, sex, drugs etc. He respects family values

- THis, that is a good thing on the old Chinese martial arts movies, you could watch them on the living room with all the family.

Btw:
The best is at 1:20:00:
Jackie is about to go to his fight, but his girlfriend gets a note saying that if Jackie LOSES the fight, his kidnapped uncle won't be hurt. So Jackie is forced to fight as long as he can without winning while they try to rescue his uncle.
Then at 1:25:00 he finds out his uncle is okay, and he can start trying for real
We always used to cheer pretty good for that scene :)
I really like the old fashioned art-direction of the movie. What is this, 20's? 30's? 40's? WHatever it is it makes it more fun to watch, so many little details of props/costumes/signs/cars etc.
