Really proud of the stew to be honest. Slow-cooked the bones while I was at work. Then I took the bones out of the broth, and took as much meat off them as possible. Then chopped the offal and added it. Also put in frozen mixed veg, frozen spinach, and dried mushrooms. Cooked on high for 1hr 40mins and then chucked in some instant noodles for the last 20 mins. It was delicious.
Finally we have Chicken Larb and Fried Fish on a bed of rice.
