You drink tap water in Thailand?

I have had a water filter installed in my house so that I can drink the water from the tap, but not even I would drink unfiltered Thai tap water.

Yup, Marcu does too. You have the runs for a while then you adapt.

Nope, I'm still a sloppy mess. But I'm happy with the school that I'm currently at. I'm back in Mukdahan, and the head of department here is very chilled. I am currently trying to control my portion intake, and also to eat a bit more healthily as well. Hopefully that will put me on the right track.

The only way to get rid of fluoride is distillation.

Ro filtration

RO removes sodium fluoride and fluoride salt, but not fluorine unless the filter has deionizers (which use ion-exchange resins). Even the best RO filters have a limited lifespan when it comes to removing small particle like fluorine ions. If they're small enough to pass the blood-brain barrier, they're small enough to pass through an RO membrane.
