Luigi wrote:Okay so looking over that site it is absolutely insane in every way possible, but I was able to gather that it is all about a project started by some guy named Robert Ray Hedges that attempts to create a movement for internet users to alter the results of their search engines. His motive seems to be that if you teach your children how to do this they wil become "immortal". So looking around the internet some people call this guy a genius, some call him insane, and some just say he is a hacker spamming the internet with nonsense.

Here is a page that describes the project: https://encyclopediadramatica.es/Childr ... ty_Project

Here is what is apparently his youtube account: https://www.youtube.com/user/Surf2Jesus

After some searching I have found what seem to be 100s of webpages that are just as crazy and all link to each other. They all have the same rediculously long list of links to other sites. These seem to be the apparent links referred to in the first hint. The original one linked from the tumblr appears to be the most elaborate and visual.

If you scroll down thru his endless sea of diamondy words you will find a screen cap of a google search conducted in 2012 for "search manipulation". It seems to emphasize the first result with annotations. I tried google searching for this result but nothing came up. I did however recogize the web address looks very similar to all the other links of his. So I opened a few of his long lists and used the search function with the title of the site as the search terms and successfully found a link to the site: https://sites.google.com/site/sites/sys ... deNotFound
It appears the site has been deleted and no longer exists. I dont doubt it looked like the rest of these websites though.

Note: The diamond in the original image is a common motif used by these websites. Often with annotations about "clarity of the internet diamond" and similar jargon.

Here are some sample pages if you dont want to look thru that abyss of a website:

http://intention-relevance-quotient-1hwy.com.1hwy.com/
http://taking-over-the-internet.com/

From the ED article: "Warning: staying on the following site for more than 2 minutes while logged in to Gmail may result in spam emails from the Children's Immortality Project."

The name of the tumblr is "dontforgettocheckyouremail."

Well, Luigi?

Good catch Gustavus! I have registered a new gmail account and have opened in other tabs both the site listed on the ED article and the one linked from the tumblr. It has been over 10 minutes with no such spam however. I will give it more time, however I am concerned by the fact that the ED article says the only source of the info is 4chan and it cannot be confirmed. I cant help but suspect a 4chan troll may have a hand in this. Perhaps trying to breath new life into the mystery they once encountered.

Im running firefox to do the email thing, if anyone else wants to try it in chrome or IE that would help eliminate those possibilities.
