Crazy idea of the day: Lets make a conlang.

I think the priority, considering where this is being created, is to come up with a new word for 'SHOOP'.

The UGers call them Romos, which I think is stupid... but to be honest 'shoop' is kinda lame too.

How do we break this down, Luigi?

Our first order of the day is to make the words/terms relevant to the New F7 Crew; how do we infiltrate other forums for possible shoop challenges etc?

On to vocabulary!

So I think an important distinction to make here, is that there are going to be common and internet culture words that we care about and will have to decide on together. For example shoop/romo. Then there are going to be words like pizza that most people probably dont care what the word will be.

So I think we should compile a list of "significant" words that we will decide on as a group. Any word that nobody is likely to care about I think anyone should be able to name it whenever they want. It will greatly speed up the growth of our vocabulary.

So heres some significant words to get us started:

Shoop
Troll
noob
Tapout Brah
shertard
zuffa zombie
fan boy
playboy

And here are some insignificant words that I will name:

horse = overeem
jump = sak
big = gal

shertard--> Bobby Hill, i hated that character, him and Hank were annoying and ruined the cartoon
zuffa zombie-->
fan boy--> Sheen Estevez, Ultralord number one fan
playboy--> Tony Stark

^^^If we name it after a shooper I would say GSPonB, Masato or Chuck in terms of shoop awesomeness. In terms of influential I was really influenced by Bebop22k.

Eris, bobby and Tony are awesome names and I can agree with those. Im fine with Sheen for fanboy too.

I really liked your idea of naming words after dieties. Maybe for noob we can do Janus, the Roman god of new beginnings?

Since tapout and zuffa are brand names we could just add then to translations for the other words. E.g. If we called zombie "eresh" then Zuffa zombie could be "Zuffa Eresh."

Just brain storming, what do you guys think?
