The great Jerzy Kosinski adapted his brilliant political satire to the screen. Directed by Hal Ashby. With Peter Sellers, Melvynn Douglas, Shirley MacLaine, Jack Warden, Richard Basehart. If there is a movie thread here, I'd suggest adding this one to it, otherwise, just go ahead and watch it some time. I don't much care for the movies anymore, but here's one from when I did. (I read the short novel first of course).
