Gregorian calendar, I believe it's called. I don't lion dance until Chinese New Year, the real new year on the Lunar calendar.

This is the year of the monkey too, my year. I'm going to kick it's ass.

The first few times I had Peking duck it was 3 dishes: The skin with pancakes, the meat with lettuce leaves as pancakes, and then soup to finish off.

Now it's pretty much just the skin with pancakes. I want Peking duck like it used to be, 2 dishes and a soup, not just duckskin pancakes. FeelsBadMan.
