What 'Sub-Cultures' have you experienced?

Postby Masato » Fri Nov 22, 2013 7:55 pm

Hey all - this reality is full of infinite 'Sub-Cultures', each with their own vibes, lingo, etiquette, music, traditions etc... there is literally no end.

What's interesting is that if one hasn't ever been a part of one of these subcultures, you really have no idea at all how rich and deep and wonderful they can be. They are little invisible pockets we walk past everyday and not even know!

I would say internet MMA fandom is a subculture, with our own memes and phrases that the outer world would never understand. As is 'Shooping' Culture..! Few could ever hope to speak our language

What other subcultures do you know, or have tasted at a time in your life? -Tell your stories, help others understand some new worlds..!

Video game subculture, the local subculture of my hometown, subcultures within my line of employment, and the many internet subcultures I have found over the years.
