Re: Anyone interested in a group fitness challenge?
Did a successful Hepburn bench session at 235, mostly sets of 3 reps. Tendons slightly strained but not much. The main strain was in my right shoulder which is slightly tweaked. RIP. Hope you are well, Mas. I would call you a friend, but rather I see you as a brother, in an internet kind of way.

Re: Anyone interested in a group fitness challenge?
Update: My new place has a lot of sleep impediments. Light gets through the curtains, the city is loud even at night, and windstorms have been battering my windows. Basically my recovery has been a whole lot shittier since moving. I havent been healing as well, I've been making less progress. A week...

Yes, though I prefer to just work out at home. I'm in a suburb/district of Toronto now.

Re: Anyone interested in a group fitness challenge?

Tried to...

Gaza is not a hill I am willing to die on even if I'm no fan of Israel, I imagine Poli feels the same. He knows its politically expedient and will get a bunch of shekels for towing the line.

Re: Anyone interested in a group fitness challenge?
On Friday I tried to do squats, setting the weight 2kg lower than last time, yet still failed. After only 2 top sets my back as aching and I was mentally locking up. Even when I dropped like 90 lbs off the weight I was still locking up, so I gave up. The next day I tried again with another 2kg off a...
