when visiting the Viet restaurants I always go for the Grilled Meats and SpringRolls Vermicelli Salad Bowls. Pho is ok, but I don't understand how one can enjoy it more than Charcoal Grilled Meats and Fried SpringRolls as for Mongolian foods, I think Milk has gotten way too much HATE in recent diet...

being able to get 30 to 50g of exttra protein in once or twice a day is a game changer, well worth it

You really need to get into the hurt zone, push hard and somehow get enough protein in. Not that id train like this but you could just do the big 4 bench, squat, DL and OHP then add some rowing or chins and if you went hard enough and ate right youd make progress wihout assistance work .
