I cant see why you douubted his abilities as a podcaster he always had great presence on the screen , funny, killer fighter and reasonably intelligent compared to say Mark Coleman

Internal rotation (or medial rotation) refers to rotation towards the axis of the body. External rotation (or lateral rotation) refers to rotation away from the center of the body?
