If you can download the yt video to you computer, and if you have at least some video editing software (windows movie maker or real player will work), you can cut/edit/crop what you need from the video. and then convert the video into a gif or a bunch/stack of pngs on this website: htt...

Masato, check out GIFcam: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=552032 with that you can make gifs off of pretty much any video on the web. with the gif you can use a program called gif splitter. You can split the gif into jpgs or bmps or whatever. just get the simplest one from download.com ...
